How do I know if I can participate in this activity?

To make it easier we have created this scale to determine the technical difficulty and the physical level required in the activities we propose you.

In the technical card for each activity you will find detailed information of each of the parameters proposed: Physical Level & Technical difficulty if you click in TECHNICAL CARD.

In addition, further down on that same technical card you will see an icon similar to this:

Icono montaña verde-1

It consists of two parts:

  • A mountain with five different colors. Refers to the physical level that may be required to participate in the activity.
  • A number between 1 and 3 that indicates the technical difficulty that we can find during the activity.

The meaning of these variables is the following:

Mountain Orange

Mountain Green

Mountain Blue

Mountain Red

Mountain Black

Inexperienced:
Level of those who are initiated into skiing or snowboard and they are limited to tracks that are between a 10% and 15% of the slope.

Low level:
who starting to parallel turn go in to blue slopes which reach the 25% slope.

Medium level:
Controls the parallel turn and they can ski on the slopes with a gradient of up to 40%.

High level:
Good control of the turn parallel in all types of snow and slopes that sometimes exceed the 40%.
